1.PROCESSING TIME

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Normal processing time is 1 to 3 working days depending on the items you ordered. Please note that some of our products are made on demand to ensure the best quality. In this case, the shipping time can be extended.

We ship your orders from our various international warehouses (USA, China, Europe). If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouse. In case of return, you will be asked to send your order back to our shipping warehouse. Please refer to our return policy to start the return process.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible: contact@anime-figures.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. No order can be cancelled once it has been shipped.

2.DELIVERY TIME 

Please note that due to COVID-19, our shipping times may have delay depending on your country.

– 10 to 21 working days for most countries

If a momentary out-of-stock condition of a product occurs, the delivery time could be a little longer. Please note that during a health crisis, your items will be delivered within a maximum of 60 days. Any item received outside this time frame will be refunded upon request.
